The Employees' State Insurance Scheme gives social security (medical care, sickness and maternity benefit, disablement and dependants' benefit) to employees of covered establishments. Its coverage was extended from factories to shops, hotels and restaurants, cinemas, road motor transport undertakings, newspaper establishments and private medical and educational institutions, subject to the size threshold. So all four are covered.
