If a renewal doesn’t go through, Razorpay tries again. Your plan and its credits stay while its paid time runs; after that you’re on Free until the payment goes through, and you can cancel autopay any time. If money left your account for a payment that failed, it never reached us: your bank returns it, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Payments are final, which is why your first 30 answers are marked before you pay anything. A payment that can’t be used, such as a second autopay paid by mistake, we refund by ourselves, in full, and email you; it reaches the account you paid from in 5 to 7 working days. A plan is for one person’s own answers, signed in on up to two devices at a time. An account that is clearly shared may be paused.
