(1) To follow the foundational values of code of ethics & behaviour to uphold the above values.

(2) 'Mission karmayogi' also sets the code of standards to maintain the higher degree of ethical behaviour in a government set up.

(3) To be a leader to fellow and flexible enough to handle the adversities

eg : to create strong work culture to incrase transparency and accountability.

(4) 'Standards of behaviour' to make civil sevants not only follow ethical values but also to be seen ethical.
