Which one of the following cities does NOT have the same clock time as that of the other cities at any given instant?

AnswerThe answer is (d).

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is on East Africa Time, three hours ahead of GMT. London and Lisbon keep GMT in winter, and Accra, Ghana, stays on GMT all year, so those three show the same time (ignoring summer time). Addis Ababa is therefore the one whose clock differs from the other cities.
