→ (a) Hatred is the manifestation of person's inner sense of disgrace, envy, greed, unfettered passions and desires, and an inability of a loser to control his/her emotions.
Thus, it breeds all the sins a man can possibly commit → hence, the most harmful negative emotion.
Hatred leads to negative emotions and most common is - anger.
For example, hating a particular community on religious basis results into anger, frustration, possibly violent attacks, genocides, and worst of human crimes.
eg. Hitler hating Jews → the worst episode of human history of 20th century.
Hatred breeds from unfettered pride, arrogance, jealousy, unmitigated desires and an inability to control them.
Therefore, in order to control & manage, one needs to attack these germs of the problem.

Pride, arrogance and jealousy can be controlled by instilling moral values of tolerance & social responsibility. One must remember that "the ocean was not created only to wash their feet".
Similarly, desires must be rationalised and one needs lessons of self-actualisation to realise this. Spiritualism can help.
