Which one of the following is the best description of ‘INS Astradharini’, that was in the news recently?

INS Astradharini is a torpedo launch and recovery vessel built for the Indian Navy, used to support the testing of torpedoes and to recover them after trials. It is not an amphibious warfare ship, a nuclear-powered submarine or a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. India's nuclear submarine in the news was INS Arihant, and its aircraft carriers are not nuclear-powered.
