AnswerUPSC’s answer is (c).

Kurds are an ethnic group spread across Turkey, Iraq, Syria and Iran, not Bangladesh. Madhesis are people of the Terai plains of Nepal, whose protests over the new constitution were in the news in 2015. The Rohingya are a Muslim minority of Myanmar's Rakhine state. So pairs 2 and 3 are correctly matched.
