India is a member of the East Asia Summit, which it joined at the first summit in 2005. It is not a member of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum, which has not admitted new members for years, and it is not a member of ASEAN, with which it has only a dialogue partnership. So only statement 3 is right.
