India has recently landed its Moon Impact Probe on the Moon. Among the following countries, which one landed such probe on the Moon earlier ?

India's Moon Impact Probe from Chandrayaan-1 hit the Moon on 14 November 2008. Japan's Hiten spacecraft was crashed on the Moon in 1993, earlier than India's probe. China's Chang'e-1 was deliberately brought down on the Moon in March 2009, after India's probe, and Australia and Canada have no such probe.
