AnswerThe answer is (b).

Abhinav Bharat was a secret revolutionary society founded by V. D. Savarkar and his brother Ganesh in 1904, and it later spread to London, where Savarkar worked with India House. Khudiram Bose and Prafulla Chaki were Bengal revolutionaries of the 1908 Muzaffarpur bomb case, and Bhagat Singh belongs to the 1920s Hindustan Socialist Republican Association. Remember: Abhinav Bharat means Savarkar.

Why each option is right or wrong
  • (a) Wrong. Khudiram Bose was a Bengal revolutionary hanged after the Muzaffarpur bombing of 1908.
  • (b) Right. Savarkar organised Abhinav Bharat.
  • (c) Wrong. Prafulla Chaki was Khudiram's companion in the Muzaffarpur attack.
