Each term is 28 days after the one before: 4 December 1995 to 1 January 1996 is 28 days, 1 January to 29 January is 28 days, and 29 January to 26 February is 28 days. Adding 28 days to 26 February 1996, a leap year with 29 days in February, takes 3 days to reach 29 February and 25 more to reach 25 March. So the next term is 25/3/96.
